SMS Terms of Service

The PolicyFolder Auto SMS Program sends two categories of messages, each chosen separately: account notifications related to your subscription (guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, and HELP replies) and recurring first-party marketing messages about PolicyFolder Auto resources, guides, and tools. The program is limited to these categories. PolicyFolder Auto is not an insurance company or agent and does not send quotes or sales offers for insurance.

• Account Notifications. I agree to receive account notifications text messages from PolicyFolder Auto related to my subscription, such as guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests, sent to the mobile number I provided. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms of Service. PolicyFolder Auto does not sell, share, or transfer phone numbers or consent data to insurance carriers, agents, brokers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers.

I agree to receive recurring marketing SMS messages from PolicyFolder Auto, including promotional offers, announcements about new PolicyFolder Auto products and services, featured website resources, special campaigns, and updates about newly available guides and tools. Message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of receiving the guide or any other content.

You join by entering your phone number and checking one or more unchecked SMS consent boxes on our sign up page. A phone number alone is never treated as consent. Your first message will read: "PolicyFolder Auto: You are subscribed to account notifications. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. We are not an insurance company or agent."

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time. You will receive one confirmation: "PolicyFolder Auto: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to rejoin." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP for help: "PolicyFolder Auto: For help email questions@policyfolderauto.com. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."

You must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number.
